As a Change agent for the Incentives team, you won’t just be managing—you will be transforming. Your primary focus will be to move beyond the migration phase to ensure the application is world-class in terms of stability, performance, and scalability. Our platform is built on a modern foundation: **Angular** on the frontend, **Java Spring Boot** microservices on the backend, all running on **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** . You will be the bridge between visionary architecture and hands-on execution.

+ **Drive Stability & Performance:** Own the reliability of a business-critical Cloud application, implementing robust monitoring, SRE practices, and performance tuning.
