Engineering Manager

The Manager- Engineering is responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction of the Engineering Department ensuring alignment with company objectives and the OEM-driven business model. This role oversees all engineering activities ensuring delivery of high-quality reliable and cost-effective solutions while fostering a culture of excellence accountability and customer-centric execution.

Define and execute the Engineering Department strategy aligned with overall business goals and OEM plug-and-play integration model ensuring scalability flexibility and rapid deployment capabilities.

Establish departmental objectives KPIs and performance metrics for teams and individuals with clear tracking mechanisms and periodic performance reviews.
