Engineering Lead

CBRE is looking for a confident, hands‑on, and independent Engineering Lead to oversee engineering operations for a leading technology client in Singapore. This highly client‑facing role is suited for someone with strong interpersonal skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to lead with confidence in a dynamic environment.

You will be trusted to manage daily engineering operations, build strong partnerships with the client, and drive operational excellence across the site. The role includes leading the engineering team, managing vendors and contractors, ensuring all building systems and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably, and occasionally traveling to other Singapore sites.
