TITLE: Engineering Lead – Hot End Exhaust

DUTIES: Develop hot end components/systems from concept selection to commercial launch. Support the Design Responsible (DR) in all resource coordination needs across multiple vehicles lines. Develop and maintain component standardization, including leading team reviews of engineering specifications that incorporate the latest lessons learned and best practices. Identify process improvements, including leading the coordination and development of new solutions that help improve the team’s ability to execute commercial launches and overall productivity. Spec harmonization, & internal functional objective alignment. Review program related DFMEA’s, DVPR’s, and milestone reviews. Participate in warranty and competitive part reviews to support future lessons learned or best practices. Mentor and train new Design Responsible Engineer’s (DRE’s) and provide guidance when needed.
