Engineering Director (Monterrey)

As the Engineering Director you will be responsible for strategically directing, managing, and coordinating teams and activities at the Monterrey Engineering Development Center, this includes partnering closely with a large cross‑functional global product development team – for example Sourcing, Manufacturing and Compliance – to successfully execute Engineering programs. In addition to leading teams and programs this role will act as the Site Leader for the Engineering Center in Monterrey.

• Champion and lead the technical execution of all Engineering vehicle programs in Mexico through the Product Development Process (PDP) ensuring all customer requirements are met (Quality, Performance & Cost), driving efficiency, and delivering new features and technology.
