Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between management and engineers to ensure clear communication
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Troubleshoot engineering process issues and optimize onboarding for new team members
- Own and maintain developer documentation for clarity and excellence
- Act as a thought partner for the product roadmap by collaborating with the CEO, CTO, and customers
- Contribute to newsletters, blog posts, and release notes
