**Description:** You will be the Engineering Aide Senior for the Ground Systems Hardware Team which is responsible for supporting the physical build‑up and assembly of commercial off‑the‑shelf (COTS) ground hardware components.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Engineering Aide you will be responsible for interpreting build‑to‑print instructions and assembling hardware while collaborating with the engineering team on process and implementation questions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reading and interpreting detailed build‑to‑print drawings for COTS hardware such as servers, desks, switches, and computers.
- Assembling, testing, and verifying hardware components to meet quality and performance standards.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to resolve process, fit, and implementation issues.
- Maintaining accurate build documentation, part inventories, and work order records.
