Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts (main contractors, sub-contractors, fabricators, installers, etc.).
Conduct
site visits
to understand project requirements and propose suitable building material solutions.
Provide
technical advice
(e.g., material specifications, application, compliance/approval requirements where applicable).
Prepare and follow up on
quotations
, product submissions, and supporting technical documents (catalogues, datasheets, method/installation guidance where relevant).
Liaise with internal teams (operations/logistics/warehouse/accounts) to ensure smooth order processing, delivery scheduling, and after-sales support.
Track sales pipeline and customer interactions in CRM meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to support business growth.
Handle customer feedback/quality issues professionally and coordinate resolution.
