Job Responsibilities:
Report and assist the Project Manager on overall project functions including project management, site management, and risk control management to achieve project objectives. Assist in project planning, implementation, and coordination of all construction activities according to the master work program and detailed schedule. Prepare and submit project-related documentation such as work schedules, method statements, design plans, risk assessments, monthly progress reports, and technical submissions. Supervise and monitor construction works to ensure compliance with contract specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), approved drawings, quality standards, Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) requirements, and contract documents. Coordinate and liaise with Clients, Consultants, Authorities, Subcontractors, and Suppliers on project matters and technical issues.
