Vacancy Description
Job scope:
- Responsible for conducting product quality inspections in accord with customer requirements.
- Lead and supervise a team of Quality Control (QC) Inspectors in performing incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections.
- Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve quality-related issues.
- Communicate with vendors and customers regarding quality concerns, complaints, and feedback.
- Initiate investigations into non-conformities and ensure the implementation and closure of corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
- Maintain and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
- Participate in both internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
