Engineer, Principal (Additive Manufacturing)

Join ABS as an Additive Manufacturing Engineer and support the adoption of D printing in the marine and offshore industries. ABS is a leading classification society committed to safety, innovation, and environmental protection through research and the development of guidance for new technologies.

Based at the Singapore Innovation Research Center, you will work on innovative projects in additive manufacturing, smart and autonomous systems, and modelling and simulation. In this role, you will contribute to or lead R&D projects with regional and global clients, apply your expertise in AM design, materials, processes, testing, and inspection, and help shape ABS’s direction in additive manufacturing for the offshore and marine sectors.

You will also be responsible for setting project objectives, aligning with stakeholders, and driving successful outcomes.
