Engineer Meter (Electrical)

Key Responsibilities Oversee installation, maintenance (preventive, predictive, and emergency), testing, calibration, and upgrading of all types of electrical meters, including smart meters Ensure all electrical meter installations comply with company standards, approved specifications, and safety regulations Troubleshoot electrical metering systems to ensure accurate, reliable, and uninterrupted meter readings Coordinate with internal engineering teams, contractors, and service providers to enhance meter performance and data accuracy Review meter communication systems and support integration with MDMS and related platforms Monitor installation progress and operational performance, identifying defects, non-conformities, and improvement actions Prepare technical reports and dashboards on installation status, system performance, and operational feedback Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for recurring issues, escalations, or repeated customer complaints, ...
