Job Description
**Mission**
Build, manage and improve on a continuous improvement basis the industrial mindset. Get oriented and connected activities of the site, meeting the needs of the customer. Reach and optimize the goals in terms of Quality, Cost, Deliveries. Drive the site to a safe and a world class industrial excellence level.

+ Line manager of 2~4 operators who work in the same time frame (shift)
Within the framework of Industrial Excellence implementation, the Team Leader responsibilities are:
**QCD-P (Quality Cost Deliveries) Performance:**
+ Make sure Quality Cost and Delivery indicators reflect customer expectations
+ Lead Kaizen Workshop on the shop floor.
+ Be responsible for Safety, Health and Environment in Production
+ Define, together with the supervisors of the other shifts and the Small Factory Unit manager, Quality Cost Deliveries targets for the...
