Engineer Manager (UPS & MV Drive)

Job Description

- Lead pre-sales activities for UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and MV Drives (Medium Voltage Drives) solutions.
- Analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions that meet operational and business needs.
- Prepare technical proposals, system designs, specifications, and cost estimations.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions with customers.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand technical requirements, project objectives, and application challenges.
- Provide technical consultation and recommend optimal solutions based on customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Support the Sales team throughout tendering, bidding, and proposal submission processes.
