The GetPaid Formats team is dedicated to creating seamless and efficient solutions for customers to receive money directly into their Wise accounts. You will be working in products like our Payment Links, Invoice and QuickPay, as more to come, as well as our in-network payment method: Pay With Wise. Our goal is to make  receiving money internationally as cheap and convenient as possible.

And, we need an Engineering Lead to join our mission and help us build new ways of getting paid as well as improving the existing ones. As the Engineering Lead, you will work closely with product to set up the team direction, will work with engineers to set up the team vision and will mentor and grow engineers with the goal of building a high performance team able to make Wise’ offering for getting paid one of the best in the industry.
