Responsibilities

• Develop, set up, and operate DA or wire bond (Cu/Au) wire process.
• Establish new machine recipes with suitable machine and process parameters on DA or wire bonder.
• Work on machine modifications, tools, and jigs fabrication for yield improvement or to enhance process robustness.
• Improve yield.
• Coordinate engineering/ DOE evaluations, build, and follow up closely until closure.
• Document operating procedures, ROHS compliance, FMEA, and control plans.
• Provide training to engineers, technicians, operators, and trainers.
• Recommend the best material and process flow for all new product introductions.
