**Position Summary** : Active participation in major problem-solving projects and teams. Training of ZF staff on advanced problem-solving tools and techniques. Creates and improves data management systems to minimize risk and identifies potential projects and problem areas. Active support on the creation and preparation of training material and other documents. Proactive assistance on potential critical projects or customer complaints.
