Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Set up and maintain lab bench characterization equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of lab characterization activities. * Conduct electrical lab bench characterization and provide accurate characterization results, along with detailed electrical data analysis reports, to Development, Project, and/or Application teams. * Develop lab bench characterization automation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy, and create systematic documentation, handbooks,and guidelines. * Participate in regular communication with key stakeholders across remote sites through weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly calls, providing timely and accurate updates on project status. * Attend bi-weekly staff meetings to ensure alignment with team objectives and milestones. * Actively participate in annual innovation projects (COIN) along side CV team members to develop innovative ideas and solutions that benefit the broader DC community.
