At Franklin Templeton, the Communication Services team is responsible for the reliability and performance of Franklin Templeton’s global data and voice infrastructure.

Location & Schedule

Hybrid position: Working 3 days per week in the Mexico City office with remote work possible.

Responsibilities Oversee outsourced vendor to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to SLA/KPI management. Partner with technology teams to support global data and voice environments. Manage network infrastructure according to established operational standards. Define and improve operational processes and service standards. Oversee vendors and manage service level agreements and key performance indicators. Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively address service issues.
