Engineer, Automation
Location: Tebrau, Johor.
Assist in buy-off and maintain new automation including documentation preparation, equipment performance monitoring and tracking.
As a Engineer Automation, You will:
- Involve in design reviews with internal team members and vendor;
- Prepare Gantt Chart for new Automation projects and work closely with the stakeholders;
- Prepare validation protocol, reports and checklist for new Automation projects;
- Involve in FAT/SAT;
- Perform validation for new Automation (IQ,MQ,OQ,PQ);
- Train and guide technicians on machine maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting;
- Manage all documents related to machine e.g. PM checklist, SOP, Engineering Drawing;
- Propose and initiate Continous Improvement projets;
- Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adherin...
