Role Definition:
The Engagement Manager is a client-facing role responsible for the overall success of a consulting engagement or project. They act as the primary liaison between the client and the Judge services delivery teams, ensuring their projects delivers value, meet objectives, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Engagement Managers can be assigned to one or more clients –depending on client size and complexity of work being delivered (and planned).
The assignment of an Engagement Manager to a JTS client is based on: Account Planning outcomes and recommendations by the Account Management Team (AE, AMs from LoBs, Staffing Delivery, .
