Responsibilities Brasfield & Gorrie is hiring an Energy Marshal to serve as the on-site authority for all hazardous energy control activities on our Mission Critical projects. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of construction safety and MEP operations — purpose-built for the complexity of hyperscale data center construction. Full-time, project-based, 100% on-site. • Energy Control Plan: Lead and coordinate the site Energy Control Plan from pre-construction through commissioning and client turnover. • LOTO Oversight: Serve as Authorizing Energy Marshal; lead and coordinate lockout/tagout activities across all trade partners and OFCI vendors, ensuring correct application, documentation, and removal of devices. • Energization Coordination: Lead and coordinate review of energization plans, MOPs, and switching orders; facilitate system activations with MEP subcontractors, commissioning agents, and owner operations teams. • Compliance & Auditing: Lead and coordinate field audits for ...
