Endpoint Support Technician

Our client, a leading public utility in the energy sector, is seeking a Endpoint Support Technician to join their team. As an Endpoint Support Technician, you will be part of the IT Platform Services supporting desktop and endpoint support, conference room and audio/visual support, and providing white glove service to executive staff. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

+ Provide hardware and software support across desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, plotters, and peripherals within a Microsoft networked environment.
