Primary Function of Position

The Endoluminal Program Director (EPD) is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving the growth, scalability, and performance of the Ion business across the Europe Direct Region. This role plays a critical part in building, developing, and leading a high‑performing Endoluminal Clinical Sales organization while fostering strong customer partnerships and advancing programmatic excellence throughout the installed base.

Reporting to the VP Endoluminal Market Development and Commercialization Europe, the EPD is accountable for recruiting, coaching, and developing talent, establishing and strengthening relationships with key opinion leaders and executive stakeholders, and ensuring consistent execution of commercial strategies that drive procedural growth and customer success.
