End User Technology Analyst - Investment Management

This Investment Management client’s User Technology team globally consists of 10 analysts and they look after over 1,000 users. The team is the face of IT and they take pride in the high level of personal service that is delivered. You will need the necessary gravitas to deal with all kind of users including the Front Office and have an excellent bedside manner.

The duties are varied and interesting and no two days are the same. Many of the requests are last minute and so you will need to be capable of responding to user requirements quickly and display a flair for achieving successful outcomes and getting things right.

The shift rota is user friendly as well – 7‑4, 8‑5 and 9‑6 rotating on a weekly basis.
