EMR SITE SPECIALIST - IT DEPARTMENT

Description

Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking an amazing EMR Site Specialist to join the IT team. Under the supervision of the IT Director and working closely with the Clinical Systems Analysts, the EMR Site Specialist is responsible for direct support to clinical operations and patient care teams to facilitate the introduction, acceptance, integration, and optimal use of the Greenway application at NWSH. Responsibilities include end user training, onsite support, workflow analysis, design, process improvement, and assistance with the Greenway EMR and other supporting applications.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of or experience with EMR / EPM systems and related healthcare processes is required.
• 2 years of work experience in end-user training and/or implementation training support is preferred.
• Expert-level computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, et...
