EMR Integrations Success Lead | Customer Enablement

BillionToOne is seeking an experienced EMR Integrations Leader to build and scale the EMR Success team in Dubai. You will coach Integration Specialists, design intake and escalation rhythms, and drive cross-functional collaboration for successful healthcare IT deployments.

You will oversee triage of integration issues, develop scalable processes, and align with Sales and Product to improve onboarding and customer experience, while traveling up to 50% as needed.
