Empowering Youth Housing & Development Specialist

Lifewise is seeking a Youth Development Worker to support rangatahi aged 16 to 24 experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity across Tāmaki Makaurau. You will build trusting relationships, empower youths to develop skills and resilience, and help them navigate challenges toward stable housing.

The role includes travel between service sites and working under professional supervision in a supportive team.
