The Role

You'll take the strategic lead for the Bristol employment offering, acting as the key external ambassador for the team while managing and growing major client relationships. The work spans the full spectrum of employment law - contentious and non contentious - including complex restructuring, employee relations, outsourcing, TUPE, and strategic workforce issues.

You'll play a central role in driving business development, strengthening the firm's national profile, and contributing to wider growth plans. Equally important is your role in developing people: coaching, mentoring and shaping the next generation of employment lawyers. <...
