Responsibilities:
Advise on contentious and non-contentious UK employment law matters, including employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, senior exits, redundancies, restructurings, and settlement agreements.Support sensitive employment matters, including workplace investigations, whistleblowing complaints, misconduct, discrimination, harassment, bullying, senior employee issues, and complex terminations.Partner with HR, legal, commercial, procurement, and senior business stakeholders on EMEA and international employment matters, including cross-border workforce issues, policies, training, change management, and workforce risk.Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related documentation, including employment contracts, settlement agreements, senior executive agreements, retention arrangements, transfer documentation, policy documents, contract templates, and TUPE-related documenta...
