Vacancy Description
+ Location: Bridgend College (CF31 3DF), with regular community outreach.
+ Hours: 35.5 hours per week.
+ Working pattern: 39 weeks during term time, plus an additional 3 weeks worked during school holidays (42 working weeks per year).
+ Salary: Full-time equivalent (FTE) salary of £24,828. Actual salary £23,586 per annum, pro rata to reflect the term-time working pattern and additional non-working weeks.
+ Driving license and own car: essential criteria for applicants due to the outreach nature of this role.
