Responsibilities
- Dispatching: Receive, review, and assess all incoming Employee Relations cases across the LA region; analyze key case information such as country of origin, nature of the issue, and involved parties; accurately register and document cases in the ER tracker system ensuring completeness and data integrity; assign cases using a predefined assignment matrix aligned with regional scope, expertise, and capacity; identify and elevate cases outside of scope (e.g., Compliance, high‑risk, or complex matters) to appropriate ER team members.
- Case Management – Discipline cases: Manage end‑to‑end investigations for low to moderate complexity discipline‑related cases; handle cases involving violations of company policies (excluding Compliance matters) such as sales, merchandising, safety, attendance; conduct investigations in line with Employee Relations SOPs, ensuring objectivity, confidentiality, and proced...
