Applications are invited for the following post: Employee Relations Manager- (Grade VII) (Permanent Wholetime) (Reference: 254/2026) This Employee Relations Manager will play a critical special role in the overall provision of an effective HR service for the University. Reporting to the Employee Relations Senior Manager, the Employee Relations Manager, will work as a Case Manager for the ER portfolio. The Employee Relations Manager will act as an internal consultant as a service to managers across the university in relation to the management of grievances, disciplines, disciplinaries dignity at work complaints, performance management issues and conflict within teams and any matters that might result in a formal investigation.
