The Human Resources Department at Cambrian College is seeking a full-time Manager of Employee Relations. In this role, you will manage critical aspects of employee relations, from grievance setup to resolution. Your leadership will facilitate strong connections among union representatives and college administrators, driving solutions and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on collective agreement administration
• Act as a subject matter expert on workplace policies
• Craft and support negotiations related to workplace disputes
• Monitor labour relations metrics and trends
• Participate in college committees addressing employment matters
Requirements:
• Four-year degree required in a relevant field
• Minimum seven years of related HR experience
