In your new role as Employee, Labour Relations & Health and Safety Manager – Corrections Food Services,  you will support Sodexo food services across  approximately 10 correctional units across Alberta.

The role is responsible for approximately:

• 70% Human Resources, Employee Relations and Labour Relations
• 30% Health, Safety, Food Safety and Compliance

The Manager acts as the primary HR partner to operational leaders, providing advice and support on employee relations, labour relations, workforce planning, performance management, recruitment, onboarding and employee development.

The position supports a unionized workforce and helps ensure consistent interpretation and application of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, company policies and applicable employment legislation.
