Employee Health & Benefits Consultant (Senior Associate)
Mercer's Health & Benefits Consulting team is seeking an Employee Health & Benefits Consultant (Senior Associate) for our Toronto office, hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Responsibilities
- Participate in delivering impactful solutions for organizations of any size and varied industries and have a direct impact on their employees
- Work in a collaborative environment on a wide variety of client teams with any number of our 80+ Health colleagues in Toronto
- Support clients in the financial and strategic management of their employee benefit programs through analysis and communication
- Manage the scope, quality, timeliness, and budget of multiple client deliverables
- Delegate to and review project work of more junior colleagues which includes technical review of financial, contract, and administrative analysis
