JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY: We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Employee Engagement Consultant with a blend of HR and Marketing experience to build and nurture long-term relationships with key enterprise clients through meaningful, consultative interactions. The role involves understanding each client's employee engagement objectives, recommending gifting and rewards & recognition (R&R) solutions aligned to their people and brand strategy, gathering feedback, improving customer experience, and driving referral-based growth opportunities for the sales team.
