Primary Responsibilities
- Perform specialized tasks in the delivery of Employee and Labor Relations services.
- Works closely with Employee and Relations Manager, HR Director, and Managing Director when it comes to decision-making and assessment of the case.
- Supervises and assists HR and other departments in solving labor and employee relations issues.
