Primary Responsibilities
Perform specialized tasks in the delivery of Employee and Labor Relations services.Works closely with Employee and Relations Manager, HR Director, and Managing Director when it comes to decision-making and assessment of the case.Supervises and assists HR and other departments in solving labor and employee relations issues.Supervises Management Systems under Human Resources (Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Energy)Employee Discipline
