Provide counter service to walk-in and pre-booked customers at service centreSolve MPF related enquiries and complaints effectivelyEducate and promote digitalization (electronic way of MPF account management) with tablet and kiosk to the publicPerform services according to company rules and relevant regulatory requirements To succeed in this role:
