Job Overview

The Emiratization Specialist is responsible for overseeing the effective operation and development of the Nextcare Emiratization program. The incumbent leads Nextcare in championing corporate initiatives and human resource management practices that facilitate strategies geared at the recruitment, development, and retention of UAE local human capital. The Specialist works closely with the EXCOM Team, government stakeholders, Ministry of Human Resources, Central Bank of UAE, NAFIS, and college/university directors to set and achieve targets.

What You Do

• Oversee the development and continuous improvement of Nextcare's strategic Emiratisation program.
• Achieve Emiratisation obligation within the set time frame.
• Formulate Emiratisation budgets, goals, objectives, and priorities.
• Assist the company in applying for and receiving monthly pension rebates from the government.
