Key Responsibilities:
- Support departmental processes and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications for the department
- Handle data entry, system updates, and generate reports as required
- Assist with tracking and following up on department-specific tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
- Serve as a liaison between the department and other internal teams or external partners
- Prepare presentations, forms, and other administrative materials
- Monitor and manage department-specific tools, systems, or databases
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, correspondence, and logistics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and departmental procedures
