Position Purpose:

Cashiers are essential frontline representatives of McDonald’s, providing exceptional customer service while reflecting the values of hospitality. Their role is centered around efficient and accurate order handling, seamless payment processing, and courteous customer interaction. Additionally, they offer limited but vital support in order assembly at the front counter to ensure smooth and timely service.

Key customers include Restaurant Managers, Operation Consultants, external and internal customers.
