Emergency Response Operator — Calm, Life-Saving Calls (Hybrid)

Tunstall Australasia is seeking two full-time call centre professionals in Tauranga. You’ll handle responses to medical and duress alarms, dispatch emergency services, and provide reassurance while following strict protocols. Hybrid work opportunities may arise after training.

Ideal candidates are empathetic, resilient, detail-oriented with proven customer service skills and strong computer/typing abilities. First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
