This role is focused on rapid response planning, communication, coordination and operational support during emergencies, ensuring smooth service delivery and effective resource management across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
Emergency Response & Coordination
Assist with emergency response planning and execution
Coordinate resources and communication during incidents and disruptions
Monitor and report on emergency response activities
Escalate critical incidents to relevant decision-makers
Support training simulations and emergency preparedness initiatives
Gather feedback and assist with continuous improvement processes
