Emergency Department Registration Representative - Patient Access

Reporting to the Manager, Patient Access, the Emergency Department Registration Representative provides essential registration, clerical and reception support to the Emergency Department in a fast-paced, high acuity environment. This role supports patient flow and timely access to care by accurately registering patients, maintaining real-time information in hospital systems, coordinating communication with clinical teams and external partners, and support diagnostic, transfer, and documentation processes. The Emergency Department Registration Representative serves as a key point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring timely, accurate information exchange while upholding privacy, data integrity, and patient safety standards.
