EMEA Sales Leader – Global Growth & Solutions

Raute in Lahti is seeking a Sales Manager to strengthen our global sales team and drive profitable growth across assigned markets. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing, translating customer needs into tailored technical and commercial solutions.

You will interface with engineering, service, and product teams to develop value-based proposals. Travel in Europe (1–2 weeks per month) is expected in this role.
