EMEA Sales Director: AI Transformation Leader

Make is seeking a Sales Director for the EMEA region to own strategy and execution, leading a team of 12 across sales and BDRs from its Madrid hub. The role blends driving new business with expanding existing accounts and shaping a consumption-based go-to-market for the AI era.

Reporting to the VP of Revenue, you will hire, coach, and set the hunting culture for the region, aligning the wider go-to-market team to win in core markets across EMEA. Flexible hours and home office are offered.
