You'll sit at the junction of regulation and product: translating AML, payments and digital-asset rules into what gets built, and being a visible expert voice for the business across EMEA.
What you'll be doing: Own the EU/UK regulatory picture across AML/CTF, KYC/KYB, sanctions and payments, and turn changes into clear, actionable guidance for product and leadership Partner directly with Product and Engineering through design, build and testing, making sure what ships is what regulators and customers actually need Bring real-world compliance operations insight, onboarding, monitoring, investigations, reporting into product and advisory decisions Represent the business externally: conferences, panels, published insight, a...
