EMEA Commercial Director - Beverages

We are partnering with a leading FMCG business undergoing an exciting commercial transformation to hire an EMEA Commercial Director (Ex-UK) .

This high-impact role will lead the commercial agenda across EMEA outside the UK, with a particular focus on distributor-led markets in mainland Europe (notably Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Nordics, Germany and Eastern Europe).

You will own regional performance, strengthen commercial capability, and help build a more agile, performance-driven organisation.

We are looking for a senior commercial leader from FMCG (ideally beer, spirits, coffee or soft drinks) with:

• Strong experience managing distributor-led and direct sales markets.
• Deep knowledge of mainland Europe, especially Spain.
• A track record of upgrading commercial teams and driving performance.
• Strong analytical capability and comfort operating at pace through change. <...
